What are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be a part of our awesome HR team and play a significant role in managing our intensive growth.
What will you do?
Hire end-to-end for our rapidly growing team
Conduct HR interviews
Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance and help them build excellent teams
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Data-driven recruiting - discovery of meaningful patterns in our data to support decision making related to recruitment and onboarding processes, activities, and outcomes
Plan and organize LinkedIn parties, referral programs, participate in in house meetups and tech events.
What do you need to have?
At least 2 years of experience recruiting E2E positions for R&D roles in tech companies
Experience in sourcing and building pipelines for various R&D roles.
Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
