Jit Joins Torq to Advance AI-Powered Security Operations

Today marks an incredibly meaningful and exciting moment for all of us at Jit. We are thrilled to announce that Jit is joining Torq to help build the next generation of AI-powered security operations.

It is a moment of great pride and gratitude for everyone who has been part of the Jit journey over the years - our customers, partners, investors, and especially our team, who believed in our vision and continuously pushed the boundaries of innovation and transformation.

Jit was founded with a simple but ambitious goal, to help organizations secure software by building security platforms that are intelligent, automated, and easy to adopt.

We always believed the key to unlocking both productivity and security was context - the ability to connect the dots and enable decisions that go beyond security and operational silos.

Then came the GenAI inflection point.

Rapid advancements in AI models and emerging agentic infrastructure created an opportunity that simply did not exist a few years earlier. For the first time, we could imagine systems capable not only of analyzing security data, but of reasoning, investigating, and executing complex workflows autonomously.

We built a platform capable of connecting data across the organization - from source code and cloud infrastructure to scanners, runtime telemetry, compliance systems, internal policies, and operational workflows - creating a live, contextual understanding of risk and security posture.

On top of that foundation, we pioneered a new generation of AI security agents capable of autonomously executing complex security workflows - from investigation and triage to remediation validation, threat modeling, and compliance operations.

We realized security workflows were becoming executable systems, not manual processes.

Jit became one of the first cybersecurity companies to successfully deploy thousands of AI security agents into production across nearly 100 enterprise customers.

What we experienced firsthand was powerful. AI agents are only as effective as the context they operate on. Without organizational understanding, autonomous systems cannot make reliable security decisions.

That belief is a major reason why joining Torq feels so exciting and so natural.

Torq has established itself as a leader in AI-powered security operations, operating at massive scale. Together, we believe we can help define the next era of security operations by combining agentic execution with rich organizational context to enable faster investigations, more accurate decision-making, and more autonomous security operations.

Throughout this incredible journey, one thing remained constant - our culture.

We built with urgency, curiosity, and humility. We embraced new technologies early, challenged ourselves constantly, and assembled an extraordinary team of talented people who cared about the work and cared about each other.
