For how long we retain the information

We retain the information that we collect from our users for as long as we are providing the Services to the applicable customer per request. As part of our service given to you, we will store your Content for as long as your subscription runs and as long as you will not request to delete your Content. Nevertheless, we highly recommend that you backup your Content by yourself as we take no obligations to backup your Content whatsoever. It is not guaranteed, and you cannot expect that the Software will be immune from errors. We will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from unintentional deletion of content.
