Senior Solutions Engineer

EMEA - Remote

At Jit, we’re on a mission to radically simplify application security. We help engineering and AppSec teams build secure software without slowing down — through a developer-native ASPM platform that enables continuous security, and our newest innovation: agentic workflows that automate remediation and decision-making with minimal friction.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our go-to-market team. This role is ideal for someone technical, articulate, and hands-on — who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape how enterprise customers adopt next-generation security solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a technical partner to the sales team, guiding Enterprise and Mid-Market customers in understanding how Jit fits their security and development workflows.
  • Own the technical deployments for enterprise customers and prospects.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and technical evaluations that speak to both developers and security leaders.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security workflows, and map Jit’s platform to their needs.
  • Support enterprise-level conversations on topics like CI/CD, cloud security, agentic automation, and scalable risk reduction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects evaluate our platform and plan for successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to channel feedback and improve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to building playbooks, demo environments, technical assets, and processes — we’re a startup, so you’ll help shape how things are done.
  • Represent Jit at industry events, customer onsite visits, and security meetups across Europe.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years hands on in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role at a SaaS company (security, DevOps, or developer tooling).
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or developer environments.
  • Comfortable having conversations about application security, AI-assisted workflows, and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to run technical demos, PoVs, and enterprise workshops with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — and native-level English fluency.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and priorities.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude — you're energized by building things from scratch and solving real customer problems.
  • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to make things better every day.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with traditional ASPM tools
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or in building technical enablement content
  • Familiarity with agentic or automation-driven workflows
  • Knowledge of frameworks like OWASP ASVS, NIST, or SOC2
  • Engineering/ DevOps experience
